The Super Mario Bros. Movie, created in collaboration between Nintendo and Illumination Entertainment, was released last month and has achieved a decent box office performance. However, an unfortunate incident occurred where a Twitter user named "Vids that go hard" uploaded the entire movie to Twitter.
The post has since garnered 9 million views as it wasn't taken down immediately. It's worth noting that regular Twitter users are unable to upload such lengthy videos, but the user in question was subscribed to Twitter's premium service, Twitter Blue, which allows for the upload of high-quality videos up to 60 minutes in length. It remains to be seen how Nintendo will handle this situation.
