The Japanese manga series Whisper Me A Love Song ("Sasayaku You ni Koi o Utau") created by Eku Takeshima recently released a teaser PV at the Anime Japan 2023 event. It was announced that the anime will begin airing in January 2024, produced by Cloudhearts and directed by Taiwanese-born Xin Ya Cai, who will be serving as the main director for the first time.

The story of Whisper Me A Love Song follows a first-year high school student named Himari Kino who falls in love at first sight with Yori Asanagi, a vocalist at the school's welcoming ceremony. When Himari meets Yori at the dormitory, she quickly confesses her feelings, and after seeing Himari's direct and adorable confession, Yori begins to develop feelings for her as well. Although they both like each other, their feelings are subtly different.
