HoYoverse recently announced the official esports tournament for Genshin Impact's permanent game mode Genius Invokation TCG, titled Astra Carnival: The Prince Cup.

The tournament will be divided into Southeast Asia and Hong Kong / Macau / Taiwan regions and is scheduled to take place from August 26 to September 24 this year.

All passionate players of Genius Invokation TCG will have the opportunity to showcase their skills and compete against players from different regions, with a total prize pool of $37,000 up for grabs.

According to the official introduction, the Astra Carnival: The Prince Cup will first invite 32 players from Cat's Tail Gathering S3 & Wild Card to participate in online qualifiers. The top 8 players will then travel to Malaysia to participate in offline championship matches, with travel expenses covered by the organizers.

Registration for Cat's Tail Gathering S3 will open on July 10, and while registration for the regional Wild Card will begin on August 26. For more details, please refer to the  tournament's official website.
