The upcoming DLC of Pokémon Scarlet & Violet, called The Hidden Treasure of Area Zero, was announced just now. It will be released in two parts, with the first part titled The Teal Mask launching in fall 2023, and the second part named The Indigo Disk releasing in winter 2023. Players only need to purchase once to enjoy all the content of both the first and second parts.

The Teal Mask will take the protagonist to the land of Kitakami as part of the school trip, while The Indigo Disk will feature the protagonist as an exchange student at Blueberry Academy. Both adventures will expand beyond the Paldea region, allowing players to meet familiar Pokémon from the series. In addition, Ogerpon and Terapagos will also be featured as the upcoming legendary Pokémons.

In addition, the game will soon welcome new limited-time Tera Raid battles, featuring new Paradox Pokémons: Waving Water that will appear in Pokémon Scarlet and Iron Leaves in Pokémon Violet. Players can capture them by defeating them in respective Tera Raid battles, but each could only be captured once. The specific time of release for this event is yet to be announced.
