本次登场的角色「焰 / 光」是来自于《Xenoblade Chronicles 2》中主角的异刃，在原作中开始「焰」将与主角经历一系列的冒险，之后化身成为了第二人格「光」，两者的性格也完全相反，「焰」不喜欢斗争性格温和，而「光」则非常好斗性格火爆。
