根据 Ryokutya2089 报道的杂志速报所述，由 Cyberconnect2 所研发的格斗对战游戏《鬼灭之刃 火之神血风谭》预计将在 2022 年 7 月追加付费 DLC 角色“宇髓天元”，售价为 550 日元左右，而其余「游郭篇」登场的角色则会于 12 月前推出，包括堕姫、妓夫太郎、灶门炭治郎（游郭编）、灶门祢豆子（鬼化状态）、我妻善逸（游郭编）、嘴平伊之助（游郭编）等等。
《鬼灭之刃 火之神血风谭》 是款以《鬼灭之刃》为题材的动作对战游戏，玩家可以透过单人模式亲身体验原作的故事剧情，同时也能够从中选择自己心仪的角色来与他人连线对战一决高下。本作目前已登陆 Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series X&S / Nintendo Switch / PC 平台。
