The renowned Japanese voice actress Aya Hirano, known for her roles in classic anime such as Haruhi Suzumiya in The Melancholy of Haruhi Suzumiya, Konata Izumi in Lucky Star, Mamori Anezaki in Eyeshield 21, Lucy Heartfilia in Fairy Tail, and Migi in Parasyte, recently announced her marriage on X (formerly Twitter).
Her spouse is Masashi Taniguchi, a Japanese actor who has previously been featured in Kamen Rider Amazons and Kamen Rider Saber. Both of them took part in the live-action stage adaptation of Chainsaw Man in 2023, with Aya Hirano portraying Makima and Masashi Taniguchi playing Kishibe.
The couple, in their announcement, conveyed their dedication to advancing their careers as actors in the future. Despite the painful events that happened earlier in the year, they pledged to do their best to provide assistance, and hoped for everyone to stay healthy and happy.
