由同人社团「霉坊主」以知名弹幕游戏《东方 Project》为题材所创作的 RPG 游戏作品《东方苍神缘起 V》今日由发行商 mebius 正式宣布，本作 Steam 版本预定将在 2022 年 10 月 31 日发售，目前 Steam 页面已经上架。游戏采用传统 RPG 流程设计，玩家可以挑选五位角色一起解决异变。
《东方苍神缘起》最初是在 Playstation Vita / Playstation 4 / Nintendo Switch 等平台上推出的作品，本作故事描述了幻想乡被突如其来的大雾所包围，人类虽然不受影响，但妖怪的力量却会因此而弱化，为了找出变异的真相，博丽灵梦与伙伴们一起踏上了旅程。
