在日前举办的 State of Play 发布会上，除了有多款激动人心的第三方新作亮相以外，由 Insomniac Games 所研发的动作冒险游戏作品《Marvel’s Spider-Man》也宣布将与索尼前阵子收购的 Nixxes Software 合作推出 PC 版本。
此消息一出，开发商 Insomniac Games 就遭到许多玩家在推特上留言狂酸，因早在 2017 年以及 2020 年官方都曾亲自出面说过“本作是 PlayStation 独有的，因此不会出现在 PC 上”、“本作永远不会出现在 Xbox 或 PC 上” 之类的言论，但如今却狠狠“打脸”了 ... 同时官方也没有对此作出任何回应。PC 版《Marvel’s Spider-Man Remastered》计划于 8 月 12 日发售，上架 Steam & Epic Games Store 商店。
