本作《Thymesia：记忆边境》背景发生在一个瘟疫肆虐的国度，玩家将在记忆边境中挑战快节奏的近身战斗并解开笼罩整个国度的神秘事件。而故事将围绕着「掠鸦」这名神秘人物，他有着夺取敌人身上瘟疫并将其化作武器反制敌人的能力。在刺激的近身战中，结合凶猛的攻击技能、精准时机的招架与完美的闪躲来击败无情的敌人。玩家还能根据自己的喜好与玩法调整掠鸦的能力，升级并强化各种技能与属性，在掠鸦寻找真相的冒险中助他一臂之力。
