《Mario Golf: Super Rush》是一款硬核高尔夫模拟体育游戏，游戏中将会有丰富多彩的高尔夫球赛道供玩家选择，利用 Joy-Con 来操作高尔夫球杆力度，并观察周遭的风向和地形后，顺利将球第一个送入洞的既是赢家。玩家可以透过本地联机或互联网连接，最多可以 4 人一起游玩。
