最近有传闻称，目前 SIE 正在筹备计划《Horizon Zero Dawn》的 PS5 重制版，为其提供更好的视觉效果、性能表现、光影、新模型、动画等等，对标系列第二部作品《Horizon Forbidden West》那般的质量。
不仅如此，消息源还透露开发商 Guerilla Games 制作着适用于 PC & PS5 平台的《Horizon》系列多人游戏作品，据说原本是打算在《Horizon Forbidden West》加入合作模式，而 Guerilla Games 则是决定把这个模式保留，作为未来项目或独立衍生作品，但目前 SIE & Guerilla Games 尚未对此作出任何回应或者相关发表，所以无法直接断定为实。可是，鉴于 SIE 近期希望发展服务型游戏，因此《Horizon》多人游戏也并非不可能发生，准确消息有待未来官方亲自发表。
