不久前 Valve 宣布旗下竞技游戏《DotA 2》最大赛事 The International 10 原定的举办地点瑞典球形体育馆或将会有所变动，因为典体育局的一些规定，他们被告知体育局联合会投票决定不接受电子竞技，并且要求瑞典内政部部长将 The International 重新归类为菁英体育赛事还遭到拒绝。此举也间接导致许多非欧洲地区的选手和工作人员难以取得签证，而且努力交涉多次无法获得任何正面结果。
而今日，Valve 官方正式确定从瑞典转移至罗马尼亚 Arena Națională 进行 The International 10 赛事，举办时间则改为 10 月 7 日至 10 日小组赛，10 月 12 日至 17 日主要赛事。
