Anime adaptation of the Japanese manga series Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi ("Story of a Small Senior in My Company") created by Saiso has released a teaser trailer today, along with the main voice cast, production team, and key visual. The anime is set to begin airing in July 2023 and will be produced by Project No.9, with Mitsutoshi Sato serving as the director.

Uchi no Kaisha no Chiisai Senpai no Hanashi depicts Shiori Katase, a petite and cute senior colleague in the same department as the newly recruited employee Takuma Shinozaki. She is generous with compliments and cares for her juniors. She would even pat the heads of her juniors, and there's sometimes workplace bullying that people would willingly endure because it's done in a thoughtful manner (?) Good news is that the department's director occasionally appears unexpectedly and provides "wingman" support whenever an opportunity arises.
