This year, fans could revisit the first Atelier game after finishing Atelier Ryza 3!
Koei Tecmo has announced that Atelier Marie will launch a remake later this year.
Titled Atelier Marie Remake: The Alchemist of Salburg, the game is set to release in summer 2023 for Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Switch / PC.
Atelier Marie was first released in 1997 for PS1. This upcoming remake will refurbish character models in the game and feature 3D graphics. In terms of music, players can toggle between the remake version and the 1997 original version. The battle system of the game will also be reworked, with more details to be announced on the Atelier series 25th anniversary event.
