在前阵子，Konami 原本确定将会参加今年的 E3 2021 游戏展，但在 5 月 1 日时，官方在推特上宣布退出，因为时间安排的关系，目前 Konami 正在深度开发着一款作品，所以没办法在 E3 2021 上公布，但是会在几个月后为玩家们带来这个项目的消息。
而 E3 2021 举办方也表示支持 Konami 退出参展的决定，并期待看到未来 Konami 准备好一切之后所公布的内容，同时也希望 2022 年 Konami 会重新参展。
