《ANNO: Mutationem》是一款 2D 与 3D 结合的赛博朋克世界动作冒险游戏，玩家将在游戏扮演一位受过高度战斗训练的独行侠“安”，在一个繁华的大都会执行各种各样的任务，这里有掌控一切的垄断企业、险恶的神秘组织和难以言说的怪异生物。玩家必须将其一一击败慢慢解开这背后阴谋的真相。
