Japanese developer Nippon Ichi Software has released the first trailer for their new RPG Xicatrice, introducing the game's worldview, characters, and gameplay. The game is scheduled to be released on June 29, 2023, and will be available on Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Nintendo Switch platforms.

Xicatrice is an RPG set in the world where mankind has awaken its supernatural powers since a century ago. Players will assume the role of a teacher who leads a unit of seven students with supernatural powers in trainings and on dangerous missions. Depends on the trainings scheduled, your students will gain different kinds of upgrades, including around 300 active and passive skills. If you lead the team to a bad ending, extra perks will be granted to you for an easier second playthrough.
