The battle royale mobile game PUBG MOBILE JAPAN has announced the upcoming update for Winter (version 2.9.0) today and revealed a trailer in collaboration with the popular hololive Vtuber, Usada Pekora.
In celebration of the winter season, a new themed event called "Frozen Kingdom" has also been announced, providing information on exclusive items, activities, and more.
According to official introduction, in the new themed event, players can use the "Snowman Gun" to transform enemies into snowmen. The update also introduces tools like skis, deer mounts, and other fast-moving means of transportation, along with some quirky dances. Additionally, to celebrate the collaboration with Usada Pekora, the official team will host a "following" event. Players will stand a chance to win rewards by simply following the official PUBG MOBILE JAPAN X (formerly Twitter) account.
