Sony Interactive Entertainment (SIE) has announced that the "PlayStation Partner Awards 2023 Japan Asia" will take place on December 1, 2023. Starting from today until November 6, the player voting phase for the USERS' CHOICE AWARD is now open.

This awards ceremony will feature the usual categories, including the GRAND AWARD, PARTNER AWARD, SPECIAL AWARD, and USERS' CHOICE AWARD, with the following criteria for winning:

• GRAND AWARD: Awarded to the top three games with the highest global sales between October 2022 and September 2023, developed in Japan/Asia.
• PARTNER AWARD: Given to a game developed in Japan/Asia with the highest global sales ranking from October 2022 to September 2023, which also achieved remarkable performance.
• SPECIAL AWARD: Presented to games with exceptional performance in activities.
• USERS' CHOICE AWARD: Awarded to the top five games chosen by users in Japan/Asia. Nominee games are selected from the top 30 games released between October 2022 and September 2023, based on total gameplay hours in Japan and Asia.
