Developed by Dambuster Studios and published by Deep Silver, the long-awaited sequel to the zombie survival game series Dead Island, Dead Island 2 has released a 14-minute gameplay trailer today. The trailer showcases the combat and weapons systems, including weapon enhancements, as well as some of the level designs. The game is scheduled to launch on April 21 for Playstation 4 / Playstation 5 / Xbox One / Xbox Series / Epic Games Store.

Dead Island 2 is first-person action RPG set in Los Angeles which is quarantined to contain a zombie outbreak. The protagonist (you) is infected but has developed immunity against the virus. Uncover the mystery behind the outbreak and discover who (or what) you are!
