《LET IT DIE》系列最初推出于 2016 年，并且斩获了 700 万的下载量，如今这部作品将以全新的面貌再次来袭。根据官方介绍所述，新作《DEATHVERSE: LET IT DIE》背景设定于《LET IT DIE》事件之后的世界，玩家将参加在这个世界大家都为之疯狂的真人秀节目「Death Jamboree」为明星而战。该节目发生在一个名为「Deathverse」的虚拟世界，由 Yotsuyama Group 所制作和播出，世界各地的年轻人几乎都被其丰厚的奖金给深深吸引！
