在上个月初，就有传闻称腾讯计划从其他渠道收购更多 Ubisoft 股票，试图成为其公司的最大股东，而近日这个消息正式得到证实！Ubisoft 官方宣布腾讯以 3 亿欧元价格收购其最大股东 Guillemot Brothers Limited 49.9% 的经济股份和 5% 的投票权。这家公司除了是最大股东，实际上也是 Ubisoft 创始人 Yves Guillemot 成立的一家公司。现在，腾讯和 Guilemot Brothers 总共持有 Ubisoft 高达 29.9% 的股份，同时腾讯被允许持有 9.99% 股份，但 5 年内不得出售、8 年内不得增持。
除此之外，腾讯和 Guilemot Brothers 这两家公司都不具有 Ubisoft 董事席位，而且 Ubisoft 领导层不会出现任何变化或受到影响，腾讯也没有对任何商业决策的权利。最后，腾讯还会协助 Ubisoft 把旗下多款 PC 游戏引入中国市场，并且将多款 3A 作品带到手游领域。
