近日 Toys for Bob 所开发的《Crash Bandicoot 4:It's About Time》宣布即将登陆 Playstation 4 / Xbox Series X&S / Nintendo Switch 平台，预定 2021 年 3 月 12 日正式发售，同时也会在今年内推出 PC 版，准确日期暂时未定。此外，凡是购买 PS4 / Xbox One 版本的玩家将可以在 3 月 12 日免费升级。次世代版本也将为游戏带来更加不一样的体验，包括加载速度更快、支援 3D 音效以及 DualSense 触感等等。
本作《Crash Bandicoot 4: It’s About Time》讲述着「Neo Cortex」和「Nefarious Tropy」博士逃脱了他们的多维监狱，并打破了时间和空间的界限，展开了穿越时空的冒险旅程。除此之外，游戏中除了保有原本的玩法和原班角色登场以外，还追加了全新的机制以及各种全新能力。
