《咒术回战 0 剧场版》的故事剧情是围绕前传主角乙骨忧太描述，由于他身上被强大的恶灵附身，因此在咒术界判了死刑，而附身在他身上的怨灵正是他的青梅竹马祈本里香。在获得五条悟的帮助下，忧太转学到东京咒术高等专门学校就读一年级，并找出解除里香诅咒的方法。
