《超级机器人大战》系列作品是让在各动漫作品中登场的机器人们跨越作品藩篱、齐聚一堂与敌人战斗的模拟 RPG 游戏。而系列新作《超级机器人大战 30》集合了《剧场版 无敌铁金刚/INFINITY》、《超电磁机器人 孔巴德拉 V》、《机动战士 Z 钢弹》、《Code Geass 复活的鲁路修》等动漫作品中登场的机器人，一齐展开全新的原创故事。
