“索尼克之父”中裕司于 2018 年时加入 Square Enix，成立子公司 Balan Company 研发出首款游戏作品《巴兰的异想奇境》，并在今年 3 月 26 日正式发售。而在近日，中裕司在推特上透露，自己已经在今年 4 月份从 Square Enix 公司离职，他表示现在没办法分享原因，至于未来要做什么，或许有可能会退休。
外界揣测中裕司之所以会离开 Square Enix，是因为《巴兰的异想奇境》推出之后的成绩以及评价不堪所致，但真正的原因只有中裕司自己知道，希望未来他还是可以有更好的发展。
