在《真·女神转生 5》中，主角是一名过着普通生活的高中生，某天突然与一个异世界的神秘男子合体，自此投身于妖魔鬼怪的纷争之中。本作拥有超过 200 多种类的恶魔，除了熟悉的恶魔以外，还有追加新登场的恶魔。
