另外，Creative Assembly 的首席产品官 Rob Bartholomew 表示「新的发售日将有助于推出更强大的版本，也是《Total War: Warhammer》系列进入新时代的第一步，我们不认为这个版本是三部曲的结束，而是多年内容支持的开始，因为我们将继续把 Games Workshop 令人瞠目结舌规模的奇幻世界带入《Total War》」。
